At NOVARY CO, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the policy below carefully before making a purchase.

1. 30-Day Returns (Unopened Items)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item:

  • Is unused

  • Is unopened

  • Is in its original packaging

  • Is in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

2. Opened Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons:

Opened items are not eligible for return unless:

  • The item is faulty or defective, or

  • There is a valid issue with the product

If an item has been opened and you believe there is a genuine issue, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 48 hours for opened items may not be approved.

We may request:

  • Photos or video evidence

  • Additional information regarding the issue

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

  • Items damaged due to misuse

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
